By downloading or using Stockuro you agree to these terms. If you do not agree, do not use the app.
The service
Stockuro is a barcode-scanning and inventory app provided as-is. We may update or change features at any time. We aim for high uptime but do not guarantee uninterrupted service.
Your account
You are responsible for keeping your login credentials secure and for all activity on your account. Notify us immediately if you suspect unauthorized access.
Acceptable use
- Do not attempt to reverse-engineer or disrupt the service.
- Do not use Stockuro to store unlawful or infringing content.
- Do not abuse rate limits or attempt to bypass authentication.
Your content
You retain ownership of catalog and pricing data you put into Stockuro. You grant us a limited license to host and process that data solely to operate the service for you.
Termination
You may stop using and delete your account at any time via /delete-account. We may suspend accounts that violate these terms.
Disclaimer & liability
Stockuro is provided "as is" and "as available" without warranties of any kind, express or implied. We do not warrant that the service will be error-free, uninterrupted, secure, or that data will be preserved without loss or corruption.
No responsibility for data loss. You are solely responsible for maintaining your own backups of any catalog, pricing, or inventory data. To the maximum extent permitted by law, we are not liable for any loss, deletion, corruption, or inaccessibility of your data — whether caused by service outages, bugs, device failures, sync errors, account deletion, third-party providers, or any other cause. We are also not liable for indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages, lost profits, lost revenue, or business interruption arising from your use of, or inability to use, the service.
Governing law
These terms are governed by the laws of Israel, without regard to conflict-of-law principles.
